Description of Event:
Maryland Summer Weekend Renaissance Festival will be held on September 2-3, 2023. It will feature hundreds of professional performers on ten stages, armored jousting, minstrels, magicians, musicians, jugglers, daring feats of skill and artistry, comedy sword fighting, and thrills for all ages. It will host over 140 village craftspeople, artisans, merchants, food vendors, speciality vendors and game vendors. The craftspeople will be showcasing and selling their unique and predominately handmade wares in a variety of mediums such as metal work, furniture, clothing, footwear, ceramics, glass, wood sculpture, jewelry, headwear, garden art, engraving, tapestries, blacksmithing, and more. Savor a wide range of food and beverage options to sate your appetites. This 47th annual festival will run Saturdays and Sundays and Labor Day Monday from August 26 through October 22. Hours: 10am-7pm
