Description of Event:
Scarborough Renaissance Faire will be held on May 10-11, 2025. Step back in time at this re-created 16th Century English village celebrating the visit of King Henry VIII, his Royal Court and other dignitaries. There will be birds of prey exhibitions, jousting and falconry demonstrations, 20+ stages of continuous entertainment, artisan demonstrations, over 200 craft shoppes, rides, beer and wine tasting, delicious food, and more. The entertainment will include full combat armored jousting, word fighting, whip masters, comedians, acrobats, aerialists, escape artists, jugglers, Scottish bagpipes and other music, belly dancing, Renaissance dancing, puppeteers, combat competitions and much more. The artisan marketplace will feature handmade crafts in many categories including glasswork, portraits of sorts, pottery, print and paper arts, sculpture, jewelry, leather goods, metalsmithing, and more. This festival will be held on consecutive weekends and Memorial Day Monday from April 5th through May 26th in 2025. Hours: 10am-7pm both days
