Description of Event:
Fair will be held on November 13, 2010. Specialty gift basket sets with coffee/teas, cookies, candles, etc. are acceptable. Vendors may sell specialty items such as pumpkin rolls, nut rolls, cookie trays, baklava, etc. Entry to the school for setting up will be Friday 6-9pm or Saturday 7:00 a.m. Set-ups must be completed by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the show. No early breakdowns are permitted. All tables must be skirted to the floor and are not provided by Coventry Craft Fair. No children under twelve are permitted behind the tables. (Any exceptions will have to be approved by the craft show committee in advance). Nothing can be glued, taped, or tacked on the walls. Coventry High School, Coventry Band Parent Assoc, or the Coventry School System may not be held liable for any type of damages. This also includes people assisting crafters loading and unloading.Information:
