Description of Event:
Georgia's 4-H and FFA students competing for statewide championships. Youth show in classes for hogs, heifers, steers and breeding ewes. Open classes for beef and dairy cattle, dairy and meat goats, rabbits and horses. PRCA rodeo features specialty acts plus cowboys and cowgirls compete in 6 events: saddle bronc riding, bareback riding, calf roping, steer wrestling, bull riding, and barrel racing. Points earned at the Georgia National Rodeo qualify riders for the National Finals Rodeo held in December in Las Vegas.Information:
