Annual event held the second Saturday in October sponsored by the Downtown Carlisle Association. Enjoy approx. 250 arts, crafts, and food vendors, Kid’s Alley (free arts-and-crafts activities), raffle tickets, Annual Benefit Art Auction, and more. This event draws more than 20,000 visitors.
