Lincoln Art and Balloon Festival will be held on August 22nd through August 24th, 2014. Fine Art Fair; Craft Fair and Flea Market; Art of Wine and Brew; Lincoln Art and Balloon Festival Parade; Car Show; 1800?s Craft Fair; Hot Air Balloons; Family Activities; Live Entertainment; Beer Garden; Wide variety of delicious foods and more. Come enjoy the mass ascension of the hot air balloons in the skies of Logan County. Morning and evening flights both Friday and Saturday (weather permitting). At dusk, the balloons will come back to the Airport and re-inflate for evening glows. Balloons rides will take place at Logan County Airport. This is a spectacular event that is enjoyed by the young and old alike. Hours: Fri 4pm-10pm, Sat 10am-10pm, Sun 10am-5pmInformation:
