14th Annual Hot Air Balloon, Wine and Music Festival will be held on October 15th, 16th and 17th, 2010. Hot air balloons fly BEFORE SUNRISE and BEFORE SUNSET, WEATHER PERMITTING. Tethered balloons are operational WEATHER PERMITTING. For safety reasons, weather and wind conditions must be perfect in order for balloons to fly and/or tether. Balloons fly weather permitting – Festival held rain or shine – No Refunds. Drink responsibly and designate a driver for the ride home. Pets and outside alcoholic beverages prohibited.Information:
