Big Kahuna Burger

I have a Tiki Hut Style food tent with a Mobile Grill and Deep Fryer. I sell burgers, fries and ice cream floats. My signature dish is the "Big Kahuna Burger", which is a double bacon cheeseburger with fresh grilled pineapple. I also sell Tornado fries, which are hand spiral cut potatoes on an 18 inch skewer and deep fried. I also sell loaded tornado fries, by adding cheese, bacon and sour cream on them.
