I have a cottage based kitchen where I make different kinds of chocolate. I use pure ingredients from Belgium, which I temper on a marble slab. One of my favorites is a potato chip bark layered with milk and dark chocolates, then drizzled with organic white chocolate and peanut butter.It has a crunchy, wafer like feel to it, with a sweet and salty taste. My next creation is RockyRoad. A delicious blend of dark and milk chocolate, sprinkled with roasted organic pecans and almonds. I use thick marshmallows, which tastes great with the chocolate melted around it. Additionally, I make a delicious English Toffee! I use German butter, Madagascar vanilla,and a glucose. It’s then layered with the Belgium chocolates and sprinkled with roasted organic pecans and almonds. These are three delicious recipes I sell out of at shows. We do give out samples as well.
