OMG ITS A FOOD TRUCK

I was an ER, TRAUMA nurse and Sexual assault nurse examiner for 20 years...until...April of 2014...then I decided HEY..I'm going to buy a food truck..and so I did to the amazement of my family and friends. I have menus that change to accommodate the venue. My food is all fresh, home made and of the highest quality possible. I like to provide food at festivals that my family has enjoyed for years. In the summer I use fresh local farm produce in my recipes. I serve NATHAN'S 1/4 lb hot dogs and I have many gourmet toppings to choose from. Depending on the time of year I have home made sloppy joes, PANINIS...which include gourmet grilled cheese, grilled PBJ, vegetarian choices...hot cider floats in the fall, gourmet hot cocoa, fresh lemonade, root beer floats, strawberry ice cream sodas and home made desserts just to name a few of the items for the spring and summer. I am having the time of my life closing the chapter of my nursing career and enjoying traveling with my husband and preparing food that makes people smile.ߘ
