In 1980 I was inspired to create a whole new art form, because I wanted to make something very special for my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary. I use animal pelts to create life-like, three-dimensional pictures of wildlife in their natural settings. I call it fur-sculpturing. It is a very long process, but the results are amazing. You really have to see her pictures in person to full appreciate the amount of detail in each animal. Each piece of artwork is signed, dated, and placed in a beautiful shadowbox frame, covered with glass for protection.
