Senor Campos Salsa is my way of honoring my father Art Campos, who was a pioneer in the Mexican Food Industry. In 1947 he established "Campos Foods" manufacturing corn and flour tortillas and distributed them to major grocery store chains throughout the Central Valley in California. In1964 his delicious salsa was served in "Senor Campos" Restaurant Franchises. I worked for my father for over twenty years and owned three Senor Campos restaurants. Today, we offer his delicious salsa online and attend events,
