We specialize in smoking meats & frying good ole southern catfish. We are available for festivals, corporate events & catering opportunities. Our 'grill mistress', Ms. Gina, has placed in various bbq competitions and our catfish methods comes from many years of serving Arkansas farmers on wet and rainy days in barns and shops.
