Victoria’s Wood Fired Pizza

We bring our mobile kitchen and wood fired oven to the event and make exceptional fresh food on the spot. In addition to artisanal pizza direct from the wood fired oven, made from the freshest local produce, and imported Italian ingredients, we offer hot and cold drinks, ice cream, Italian pastries and dessert pizzas. We are self contained so we can work in any weather. Because we have huge windows that open up, ours is a very visual mobile pizzeria, with wood smoke emitting from the top, and pizza makers preparing dough, and baking fresh pizzas in the wood fired oven, right before your customer’s eyes. We find that whenever we are visible from the road, our kitchen attracts a good deal of drive-by traffic. We also provide private and corporate buffet catering and offer pizza making classes for kids of all ages!
