Our team had the honor of being trained by the former personal Chef to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II for 11 years, who then became the personal Chef to The Princess of Wales, Diana Spencer for 4 more years (Until the Tragedy). Since this Chef was also the Head Chef of Buckingham Place and The House of Windsor, our Dinners, Royal Desserts, and Meat Pastries reflect the recipes he served to The Royal Family and Heads-Of-State from around the world at Buckingham Palace!!
